MNA Zafar Beg Bhittani said that Pakistan Post is playing vital role in the transfer of letters and documents.
He said it is pertinent to start services of Pakistan Post in different areas of Fata, adding that most of the students were required to be in contact with different educational institutions like Allama Iqbal Open University through the postal system. MNA Maulana Abdul Malik said that he also raised the issue in the National Assembly Standing Committee and discussed the matter with the concerned authorities. He said the services of Pakistan Post can bring a positive change in the area by delivering distance learning materials to local students.
MNA Akhunzada Chattan also said that he will raise the issue on the floor of the house for approval of postal services in Fata. He said that the provision of efficient postal services will not only benefit students but also help timely delivery of money orders and letters to the people of Fata.
