A spokesman for police said that Inspector Ameer Ahmad from Civil Lines police station had been made sub-inspector, ASI Manzoor Ahmad from Rodala Road police station had been made head constable and Inspector Ghulam Asghar from Balochni police station demoted to the rank of sub-inspector.
The CPO has also issued a warning to Mamu Kanjan SHO Muhammad Afzal, Garh SHO Sarfraz Ahmad, Jaranwala City SHO Ghulam Abbas, Tandlianwala City SHO Javaid Iqbal and Inspector Aftab Siddiqui over poor performance.
