ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will continue to oversee state affairs during his London visit despite being there for a complicated medical procedure. However, the prime minister will have a little help, with everyone from the principal secretary, military secretary and other crucial staff at his beck and call throughout the visit.

"The prime minister is kept abreast on routine matters of the country and his directions are accordingly conveyed to the concerned quarters," a PM House statement read.
