Serving Summon: Four booked for ‘attacking court staff’
The police have registered a case and started investigation
RAWALPINDI:
The Khana police have booked four men for allegedly assaulting and injuring a judicial staff. Merajuddin, a judicial staffer and a resident of Khanna, lodged a complaint with the local police that he had gone to a house in Pindoria to deliver a court summon, when four persons identified as Faizan, Zulfiqar, Irfan and Ehsan allegedly tortured and assaulted him after arguing with him. According to the complainant, the alleged attackers refused to receive the court summon. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
