From Timergara: Finance minister meets bar members

The finance minister said the era of loot was over

A plan for the construction of bar rooms throughout the country was being included in the new Annual Development Programme. This was said by Minister for Finance Advocate Muzaffar Said during a meeting with members of Timergara Bar Association at Civil Secretariat in Peshawar. On the occasion Jamaat-e-Islami district ameer, Aizazul Mulk Afkari, apprised the minister certain problems and demands of the bar. The finance minister said the era of loot was over. The finance minister said the government was introducing the whistle blowers law through which citizens would be able to track looted money and would even get a share from it after it is recovered. Moreover, since the Right to Services Act, 2014 was being implemented, the minister said, the government officials were serving the public with honestly due to fear of punishments.
