Kahna police said that the accident had occurred near Gajjumata interchange.
“A car rammed into a motorcycle after its driver lost control due to speeding. Three people who were travelling on the motorcycle fell down on the road,” a police official said.
“One of the riders, Bashiran Bibi, died on the spot after her head hit the pavement,” police official added.
The other two, Asim and Nazeer, were taken to a nearby hospital by a Rescue 1122 team. Police said that the car driver had fled. A case has been registered.
