The EU minister says it was unacceptable for Turkey if the deal was postponed unfairly

Volkan Bozkir also told a news conference in Strasbourg that Turkey's next steps would be decided in line with instructions from President Tayyip Erdogan. Bozkir's comments were broadcast live on Turkish television.
