In Custody: Suppliers of unhygienic meat held

PESHAWAR: At least three people were arrested for supplying unhygienic chicken meat in the city on Monday. A handout issued by the district administration said that a team, headed by Additional Assistant Commissioner Imran Khan, raided a warehouse and recovered a container full of unhygienic chicken meat. The warehouse was immediately sealed and three people were nabbed. Imran stated the meat was packed five months ago and not suitable for human consumption.
