Cheque fraud: Woman booked

ISLAMABAD: Police have booked a woman for allegedly issuing a bogus cheque to pay for the her son’s school fee. Sufyana Tariq told the police that Saira Tahir gave her a cheque for Rs23,300 but it bounced back since there was not enough balance in the issuer’s account. A case has been registered against the suspect at the Women Police Station.
