Sanders says Trump is alienating Hispanics and Muslims all over the world
Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders said he would do everything in his power to prevent a President Donald Trump from banning Muslims from entering the United States.
“As a United States senator, I will do everything in my power to make sure that the absurd, hateful proposal never occurs,” he said on The Rachel Maddow Show.

Sanders laughed at the realisation that under Trump’s Muslim ban, the newly elected Muslim mayor of London, Sadiq Khan would not be allowed to enter the US.
However, answering a question about Trump’s rise to becoming the GOP’s presumptive nominee, Sanders said that it has hurt the country.
Further, Sanders said Trump is alienating Hispanics and Muslims all over the world.

“He is managing to antagonise large sections of this planet against the people of the United States. That is unacceptable, that is incredibly destructive, and that is why this guy will not become president,” Sanders said.
Earlier after his 5 point win in Indiana's Democratic presidential primary on Tuesday Sanders said it will help him “pull off one of the great political upsets in the history of the United States.”
The senator admitted that his path to the nomination is “narrow”, however, he promised to fight for each vote.
