At least two children died when the roof of their house caved in following heavy rain and thunderstorm in Banamarhi on Tuesday. The deceased have been identified as eight-year-old girl Erum and five-year-old Amir. The storm had an intensity of over 50 km/h. The meteorological department said the air pressure plummeted to minus four millibars and raised alarm. Provincial Disaster Management Authority had issued an alert to all districts of the province.
