KARACHI: President of India-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IPCCI), SM Muneer has expressed concern over the delay of cotton shipments from India due to some amendments in notification issued by the Indian government.

In a letter to his Indian counterpart in the Federation of India Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Muneer termed this as a
non-tariff barrier caused by Indian bureaucracy and sheer violation of the free market mechanism.
