Indian cotton: Concern over delay in shipments to Pakistan
SM Muneer has expressed concern over delay of cotton shipments from India.
In a letter to his Indian counterpart in the Federation of India Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Muneer termed this as a
non-tariff barrier caused by Indian bureaucracy and sheer violation of the free market mechanism.
