Police raid: Two held for extortion
The official revealed that the suspects had identified themselves members of the banned Peoples Amn Committee

Two alleged extortionists were arrested on Monday after an exchange of fire with the police in Bahadurabad locality.
The arrest of the suspects, identified as Adnan and Salman, was disclosed during a press conference by East SSP Faisal Abdullah at his office on Monday evening. SSP Abdullah said the accused were threatening of dire consequences a businessman, identified as Imran, if he failed to provide them extortion money.
The official revealed that the suspects had identified themselves members of the banned Peoples Amn Committee [of Lyari] to the businessman, adding that weapons were recovered from the during the raid.
