The conduct of the anchor was quite irresponsible
KARACHI: This is in response to Hamna Zubair’s article “Baiting Veena Malik”. I fail to understand the motive behind the programme on which the actress appeared, because the way it was conducted by the anchor left a lot to be desired. He should have stayed neutral, but instead became a party to the whole debate by telling her, amongst other things, that she should not have gone to India. Given that society had already become quite polarised following Salmaan Taseer’s assassination, the conduct of the anchor was quite irresponsible.
