Fighting terrorism: Duma chief calls for cooperation
Naryshkin stated that Pak-Russia cooperation was necessary for tackling regional challenges, including terrorism
ISLAMABAD:
National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq has said that parliamentary interaction was central to boost cooperation between Pakistan and the Russian Federation. According to a message received from Moscow, the speaker expressed these views while speaking to his Russian counterpart, Sergey Yevgenyevich Naryshkin, Chairman of the State Duma. Naryshkin stated that Pak-Russia cooperation was necessary for tackling regional challenges, including terrorism, drug trafficking and regional stability.
