Poor security: Cash van impounded

A police spokesperson said that a Kotwali police team had spotted the van with its windows down

FAISALABAD: Kotwali police on Thursday impounded a cash van of Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) over poor security arrangements. A police spokesman told newsmen that a Kotwali police team had spotted the van with its windows down. “When the team searched the van, it was found that doors of van were broken, posing serious security risks.”  He said the police team had impounded the vehicle over poor security arrangements and had arrested its security in charge, Sardar. He said an FIR had been registered against Sardar.
