The British High Commissioner to Pakistan, Thomas Drew, said that a strong economy was the best guarantor of Pakistan’s stability.
‘This is what will enable Pakistan to fulfil its considerable potential,’ he said.
The high commissioner met the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Zulfiqar Ali Khan, said a press release on Wednesday.
He said that the province with its ‘wealth of natural resources’ had great potential, especially with the increased access Pakistan had to European markets under the Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) Plus.
