Kech constituency: Re-polling at five polling stations today

By-elections in the constituency were held on December 31, following a court decision declaring the 2013 results void

QUETTA: Balochistan Election Commissioner Sultan Bayazid said on Monday that re-polling at the five polling stations of Balochistan Assembly constituency PB 50 Kech-III will be held on Tuesday (today). By-elections in the constituency were held on December 31, following a court decision declaring the 2013 results null and void. However, complaints of rocket attacks, firing with machine guns and other softer means of intimidations were rife, forcing the election authorities to withhold results of five polling stations of PB-Kech-III and order re-polling on April 19, 2016.
