PESHAWAR: A man is reported to have killed his three-month-old daughter on Kohat Road in the city on Thursday following an argument with his wife. The deceased has been identified as three-month-old Manahil. Imran, the deceased’s uncle, said Javed threw Manahil on the floor after he fought with his wife, Shagufta. The three-month-old died on the spot. According to Imran, Javed fled the site with his older daughter Laiba. Javed, a rickshaw driver, used to frequently argue with his wife. The body was taken to Lady Reading Hospital for an autopsy. An FIR was registered with Badhaber police station.
