The CM said that after the completion of CPEC, the area would turn into an economic hub

Investment opportunities in Gwadar and Balochistan increased manifold after the start of work on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri said on Wednesday.


Speaking with a team of Chamber of Commerce and Industry who called on him here, he said that these opportunities should be exploited and government was ready to provide them a safe environment.


The CM said that after the completion of CPEC, the area would turn into an economic hub which would benefit traders as well as local people. He said that employment opportunities would also increase.


Separately, Zehri and Commander Southern Command General Amir Riaz visited the Gwadar coast. They were accompanied by Provincial Minister Hamid Achakzai, Leader of the Opposition Maulana Wassey.
