Steady power supply: Two new feeders inaugurated

PESCO CEO said the new feeders will reduce power breakdowns and low voltage issues

PESHAWAR: To control and reduce low voltage and power breakdown issues in Cantonment and Warsak Road, Pesco inaugurated two new 11kV feeders at the 132kV Cantonment Grid Station in Defence Colony on Monday. Pesco Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anwarul Haq Yousafzai inaugurated the feeders at the grid station. Yousafzai, while, talking to the media, said the new feeders will reduce power breakdowns and low voltage issues for utility’s consumers in Cantt and Warsak Road areas. “We are trying our best to provide all the facilities we promised,” he said. The feeders will help to eliminate problems that hinder a steady and continuous supply of power to these areas, he added. “Pesco tries to provide benefits to its valued consumers who regularly pay their bills on time and are not involved in power theft.”
