Your stars today

Shelley Von Strunckel April 08, 2016

Aries | March 20 – April 18

The recent Aries New Moon brought powerful insights about existing plans and substantially altered your thinking about the future. Now, however, you’ll need to put what you’ve learnt into action. While, in some cases, this will be easy, with others you’ll find you must be both clever and persistent.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Ordinarily you’d have good reason to worry about changes as sudden as they are unsettling. However, those you’re currently facing are actually breakthroughs, although initially that won’t be clear. For this reason, you’re encouraged to explore every idea or offer, especially those you regard as questionable or possibly even unwise.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

There are decisions. And then there are lasting decisions. With your ruler Mercury having already aspected several of the planetary powerhouses, and doing so again next week, changes in both circumstances and your priorities are inevitable. Knowing that, regard decisions as a bit of an experiment, and ensure they’re flexible.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

During other, more settled, periods you’d be right to expect others to keep their agreements, as first organised. But it’s become clear over the past few days, that’s impossible for both them and you. Unsettling as these changes are, they’re timely and, better yet, allow you to rethink things without a struggle.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

Obviously, having to rethink plans you worked hard to organise suddenly is annoying. Judging by the link between your ruler the Sun and inventive Uranus, you’ve no choice. However, once you get involved in these, you’ll realise they aren’t just timely, who and what’s involved could be very exciting indeed.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

As a Virgo, you’ll happily trust your instincts. But you’ll always seek facts to back up those feelings. While usually you’ll find them, with so much in transition, such information is in short supply. Knowing that, you’ll need to rely entirely on your intuition. It will prove amazingly accurate.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

In the past you’ve sometimes got hung up on minor differences and the resulting discussions. Of course, these didn’t seem minor at the time, and that’s the problem. It’s the same now. Bear this in mind and rather than waste energy on analysis, you’ll watch, and put off any review until later.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

You give it little thought. But you have the rare gift of tremendous focus and determination yet, at the same time, are profoundly sensitive. However, certain of those feelings suggest changes aren’t just timely, they’re vital. Still, you’re anxious about making them. Despite that, plunge in. You won’t regret it.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

Being easily bored, you enjoy sudden changes in plan because they mean rethinking your priorities. Those triggered by the encounter between the Sun and inventive Uranus won’t just suit you, they’ll be especially exciting because they get you thinking about ideas and activities that wouldn’t otherwise have crossed your mind.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

Rearranging your schedule is one thing. But making changes in your domestic life is quite another matter. However, judging by the current powerful planetary activity in this portion of your chart, events are about to force you to do exactly that. Actually, when you look back, you’ll be glad you did.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

It’s been ages since you first encountered certain intriguing arrangements. Until recently you’d had no reason to give them much thought. Now, suddenly, you must make pivotal decisions that involve these. That being the case, it’s worth reviewing the actual circumstances in question. They’ve changed, more than you realise.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

In early March the forthright Mars moved to accent the structure of your life, especially your goals, objectives or professional life. While, since then, you’ve discussed a lot and made a few decisions, by no means is this cycle over. On the contrary, events will be as exciting as they are challenging.
