The Kangana-Hrithik battle just keeps getting uglier day by day. In it's most recent development, Kangana has taken a bold step by urging the police to arrest Hrithik.

According to Times of India, Kangana's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee has written a letter to the commissioner of police alleging that Hrithik has "malafidely and mischievously" shared private emails that were sent to him by Kangana.

Although Kangana herself has not filed an FIR against Hrithik, the letter sent to the commissioner implies that Hrithik shared confidential photos of the Queen actor with the intent to damage her reputation. The letter has urged the commissioner to arrest Hrithik and also stated that it is the police's duty to investigate the matter.

The letter reads: "My client Ms Kangana Ranaut has been given to understand that her absolutely private and confidential emails as well as photographs etc. which were collected by Mr Hrithik Roshan during his association with her are being malafidely and mischievously misused by Mr Hrithik Roshan with criminal intentions of damaging my client’s reputation and to willfully impute unchastity to her," reports IANS.
The lawyer has said that while his client is "reserving her rights to file a proper complaint in the form of a FIR, you are in the meantime requested to immediately look into the said matter and prevent cognisance of any such offence if the same has yet not been blatantly committed."

'Hrithik proposed to Kangana in 2014'

Previously, Kangana had warned the actor not to reveal his communications with her: “If he circulates her emails, images and/or other material which your client willingly received in good faith from my client then upon such circumstances it shall be rightfully deemed that your client is willfully seeking to not only defame her and issue unwarranted threats. These actions shall be taken extremely seriously.” She will then have no option but to file criminal proceedings against your client, at his risk, costs and consequences," a notice stated which was sent to Hrithik by Kangana's lawyers.

Looks like she stuck to her word!

S | 8 years ago | Reply @Well Wisher: "They were together for a while and were dating in Paris and Switzerland, too." there is NO proof of this whatsoever (no pictures, no passport confirmation that he ever was even in paris).. for someone who talks of common sense, why are you trying to back up your comment with lies and speculation "Hrithik has been to Paris just once. It was for two days during transit with his two sons. He was not in Paris in January 2014. The timelines don’t match. They were not in the city at the same time, at any point."

Zak | 8 years ago | Reply How is this a criminal offense? Unless there is some implied confidentiality (e.g. lawyer-client) once you send an mail you lose privacy rights to its contents. Defamation, I can agree with, if proven, and can lead to a monetary reward. However criminal prosecution and arrest seem far fetched.

Well Wisher | 8 years ago | Reply @Mega Well, do you think that Kangana would have kept chatting merely on emails and never met or called Hrithik? Come on. Have some freaking wisdom. They were together for a while and were dating in Paris and Switzerland, too. It is more than an imposter story for sure. It's not possible that Kangana would keep writing to an imposter while never calling or meeting Hrithik in person. It's a matter of common sense.

Kangana was behaving weird with hritik in real life all love dovy. For which Hritik told her to be in limits, she left party crying. Her sis fought with hritk and he got to know of fake ID. She still hoped they cud carry on..he didn't, why would he?. So now she thinks he is her ex. So hrtik filed defamation suit against her..also giving proof of her 1500 love mails, pics she sent to hritik original Id despite him telling her she was chatting with troll Id.

Mega | 8 years ago | Reply She was chatting, flirting with fake imposter ID online thinking he was Hritik. When hritik got to know, he informed her his real Id and also filed case against fake ID guy. 2. Kangana didn't stop there and sent 1500 love mails to hritik original Id. Which not a single hritik responded back.(police verified it). She still wants to believe imposter and hrtik were same person. 3. Media asked Kangana why she was removed from ashiqui 3, she blamed ex doing silly things (hritik). He was never her ex. Hritik filed case on her for lying defamation-submitted his latop , convo, proof to mumbai police. It's Mumbai police that is leaking cases to media as always, not Hritik.
