Shop targeted: Three injured in grenade attack

At least three people were injured in a grenade attack in the Old City Area on Wednesday.


Police said at least two armed motorcyclists threw a hand grenade at Fatima Dupatta Centre at Kaghazi market in Kharadar.


At least three people, identified as Sabir Ali, 30, Abdul Raheem, 22 and Asad Karim, 25. received minor injuries.


Following the incident, a large contingent of law enforcers reached the site and started investigation. City SSP Fida Hussain Janwari said the culprits used a Russian-made hand grenade.
