Possession ahead of time: Bahria Town offers excellence, affordability
Last night, a ceremony was organised to hand over the keys to the members of the Bahria Homes
KARACHI:
Bahria Town has started giving possession of Bahria Homes of 200 square yard, 3-bed double storey villas, ahead of time while several residential and commercial plots have already been handed over to their owners—all way before the stipulated time.
Last night, a ceremony was organised to hand over the keys to the members of the Bahria Homes. Vice-chief executive Bahria Town Zain Malik was the chief guest. He distributed the keys and offered congratulations to the members. A large number of people, including families, were present on the occasion. They appreciated the construction and development of Bahria Town and visited the model houses themselves. They said Bahria Town has added to the value of the city of lights, giving people a decent way of living which they never enjoyed before.
Speaking to the media, Zain Malik said Bahria Town is committed to providing people with the best lifestyle. “We feel that the residents of 125 square yards also deserve the same facilities that residents of 1,000 yards are entitled to,” he said, adding that “we believe in ‘excellence with affordability’”. He said Bahria Town is working on 220 megawatt gas plant and 25 megawatt solar energy plant which will be sufficient to cater to the needs of the residents. Talking to the media, a family which received the keys of Bahria Homes, said it was a day of great joy for them as they had got a dream home.
