Drastic step: Two teenagers commit suicide

According to Malik Asman, the deceased’s father, said his son had failed his final exams

SWABI: At least two teenagers committed suicide in separate incidents in Swabi and Mansehra on Thursday. In the first incident, Tufail, a student of class eight, allegedly committed suicide after he failed his examinations in Sard Cheena, Swabi. According to Malik Asman, the deceased’s father, said his son had failed his final exams. Separately, a teenaged boy committed suicide in Hathi Mair village, Mansehra on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as 17-year-old Ehsan. An official of Baffa police told The Express Tribune Yar Muhammad Khan the deceased’s father, said the 17-year-old shot himself in the temple with a pistol. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
