Anon | 8 years ago | Reply @Karachiite: They either don't know or just don't care. My family and I used to live in Quetta and a couple of houses around us used to simply tear up their bills as soon as they arrived on their doorsteps. When they found out that we paid our bills, they thought we were crazy. And when the authorities used to come along to disconnect the services on account of default, they used to quarrel with them. And it's not just KP or Quetta, this happens all over Pak. How can you expect a people to pay their taxes when they don't even pay their bills for the services that are delivered right to their doorsteps?
