The three-member team, including FIA Lahore Director Usman Anwar and PCB's Security Manager Azam Khan submitted its report to the interior minister on Tuesday.
Points raised in the report say that "security [is] not assured in Dharmsala; [the] ICC [should] be asked to provide alternate venue such as Kolkata or Mohali; and public assurance from the Indian government would facilitate Pakistan’s participation”.
Pakistan unwilling to play in Dharamsala
While the government will take the final decision about the team's participation, it has been learnt that Pakistan will not pull out of the international event.
The World T20 tie between the arch-rivals is scheduled on March 19.
