In a Paul Walker-style accident, Canadian boxer Cody Nixon and three others lost their lives as their Ferrari burst into flames after hitting an electric pole in Dubai on Sunday.

The incident at Jumeirah Lake Towers on al Sarayat Road seemed to be a result of over-speeding, killing three men and a woman – two of them Americans.

Police said the car designed for only two people was speeding on a 60-kilometre per/hour road, adding the exact identities of the remaining deceased persons could not be ascertained as yet.

Ironically, Cody Nixon posed in his last Instagram picture in the Ferrari with the caption, “Don’t Worry, I won’t speed”.

Earlier in 2013, the Fast and the Furious movie star Paul Walker died as his Porsche Carrera burst into flames after crashing into a concrete lamppost in California.

This again bore resemblance with one of the famous quotes by Fast and the Furious movie star Paul Walker, “If one day speed kills me, don’t cry, because I was smiling.”
