Hair-swap — Balmain runway at Paris Fashion Week 2016

It is one of the most anticipated shows of Paris Fashion Week and, once again, the Balmain presentation didn’t dishearten. The luxury French brand made sure to transform supermodels Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley by playing with their hair hues. You have to see it to believe it!

Kendall Jenner



The 20-year-old supermodel rocked a wind-swept blonde wig complete with roots — and trust me, nothing about it, looked counterfeit. Sporting a rather sultry, vixen-like look, Kendall donned an elaborate lace number which boasted corset detailing and a thick belted waist. She teamed her outfit with statement-making, cream thigh-high boots.

Gigi Hadid



The natural blonde went all-out brunette on us and we couldn’t help but gaze. Wearing a corresponding satin blazer which also comprised a cape, the Victoria’s Secret angel also slipped into a mini suede skirt and a cream pair of thigh-highs. Satins and suedes were the order of the day, as were corseted details and long boots but this starlet surely stood out.



Rosie Huntington Whiteley



The 28-year-old fiancée of Jason Statham gave us a black-out — but the good kind! Celebrated for being a leggy blonde, Rosie made a ravishing brunette as she glided down the runway — the girl was almost unrecognisable. Donning the classic Balmain look, the supermodel stunned in a striped fringed mini dress worn with opaque tights and ankle boots.
