The Committee for Monitoring and Improvement of Schools will train a total of 210 teachers on different subjects, including mathematics, science, English, social studies and sports. This training programme will be carried out by foreign trainers and will end on June 2. Chairperson of the committee Farhana Iqbal said that they have so far trained more than 1,200 teachers in various towns of Karachi and they have selected teachers of pilot project, model schools and other CDGK schools for this session.
The trainers will conduct training classes at Landhi, Korangi, Mehmoodabad, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, and Orangi town.
