ISPR says eight militant hideouts were also destroyed in the air strikes

The aerial strike hit the Alwara, Khar Tangi area ahead of Datta Khel, close to the Pak-Afghan border, destroying eight of the militants' hideouts, ISPR added.
Aerial strikes: 38 militants killed in North Waziristan
A large number of local and foreign militants were killed in the previous round of airstrikes near the border with Afghanistan last month.
Pakistan Army has been engaged in a military offensive, Operation Zarb-e-Azb, in North Waziristan since June 2014, following a brazen attack on Karachi airport and the failure of peace talks between Islamabad and the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.

According to official figures, over 3,400 militants have been killed since the operation was launched.
