After snubbing the media for spreading rumours about her wedding just last week, Preity Zinta is, in fact, getting married. While the exact dates for the events have not been revealed yet, Preity will be tying the knot with fiancé Gene Goodenough very soon, reported Hindustan Times. “It will be an intimate wedding, either in March or April. The dates haven’t been fixed yet, thanks to reasons better known only to the couple,” said a source close to Zinta. “Both Preity and Gene are extremely private people so the wedding will be a private affair as well. Only a few people will be invited and the venue will be decorated as per Zinta’s choice and taste.”

According to reports, though, the couple will host two ceremonies in LA and Mumbai, respectively.  “The LA wedding will most probably be followed by a Rajput wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Since Zinta has worked with the biggest stars in Bollywood and continues to remain close friends with many of them, she plans to host a big celebration in the city, where B-Town celebrities will be invited,” the source added. Zinta has planned a three-day event in Mumbai, which includes the wedding, sangeet and mehndi, reported DNA. Her outfits for all three days will be designed by Manish Malhotra or Zinta’s close friend Surily Goel. Following in the footsteps of big Hollywood celebrities, Zinta and Goodenough are planning on auctioning their wedding photos for a charity Preity supports.
