A UK-based online doctor service Superdrug took assistance of graphic designers from around the world to examine global beauty standards. Unsurprisingly, results showed that the perception of an ideal man depends on the country you are living in.
Each one was asked to photoshop a male model's image to alter his physique, making him more attractive and desirable to citizens of their respective countries.

"Our goal with this project is to fuel a revolution: to spark real change about body image, to empower people to prioritise health above appearance, and to promote body confidence around the world," said the official site.
The research found that "40% of men in the UK felt pressure from television and magazines to have a ‘perfect’ body," which in turn has "negative effects on how they view themselves and others."
“We hope this report helps empower men to place their physical and mental health above appearance, and ensure to become a nation where body confidence is, in fact, the cultural norm.”
