Five suspected militants killed in land-mine explosion
Nine people were onboard a vehicle that was completely destroyed when it hit a land-mine on the roadside.
The Taliban have carved out sanctuaries in upper Orakzai and other parts of Pakistan’s semi-autonomous northwest tribal belt from where they are fanning the war in neighbouring Afghanistan.
