Quality assurance: Food safety conference on Feb 11

Consumers Association of Pak Kaukab Iqbal said the conference will be helpful for providing awareness to consumers

KARACHI: The Consumers Association of Pakistan is organising the 8th Consumers Food Safety and Quality Conference on February 11 at the Pearl Continental hotel. Sindh minister of food Syed Nasir Hussain Shah will be the chief guest and the conference will be presided over by senior vice-president of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries Khalid Tawab. Chairperson of the Consumers Association of Pakistan Kaukab Iqbal said the conference will be helpful for providing awareness to consumers as well as food industry stakeholders for providing safe and quality food coupled with a clean environment to the consumers.
