Top seed Abdul Javaid continued his winning streak at the Jubilee Insurance 8th U21 Junior National Snooker Championship 2016 as he defeated Balochistan’s Muhammad Farooq 3-0 on Friday.


Javaid has not conceded any frame in the tournament so far, winning all of his four matches in the event.


Meanwhile, sixth seed Muhammad Afzaal is catching up with Javaid in Group F as he won his fourth match in the event against Balochistan’s Hiskial Bilal 3-1.

Fourth seed Muhammad Azam lost his Group C match against Muhammad Faheem Nazeer 3-0, while Balochistan’s Muhammad Ibrahim extended his dominance as the top player in Group D as he brought down Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Hassan Ali Adnan 3-0 and then outplayed Hamza Ali 3-1 in his second match of the day.


On the other hand, Usama Qureshi defeated Muhammad Shahbaz 3-2 in a thrilling Group E match.
