Consumer satisfaction: Governor zeroes in on quality

He reiterated that manufacturers ought to recognise relevance of quality control and consumers’ satisfaction

KARACHI: Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Ebad has urged local traders’ bodies to never ignore consumer satisfaction in their respective businesses. In his message read out during the Quality Standard Award Ceremony 2015, that also coincided with a seminar organised by The Consumers Eye Pakistan (TCEP), he said concerted efforts were needed to inculcate a culture of quality products and services. “Fast changes in technology and trade rule in the present day. World demands optimum care towards quality control which provides an edge on the global level too,” said the governor of Sindh. He reiterated that manufacturers ought to recognise relevance of quality control and consumers’ satisfaction.
