Waiting for extended periods in long queues to get a ticket for Rawalpindi metro bus was a miserable experience
CHAKWAL: I recently travelled via the Metro bus service in Rawalpindi. The journey itself went smoothly, but standing and waiting for extended periods in long queues for the ticket was a miserable experience.
I appeal to higher authorities to look into the matter and facilitate passengers by constructing new ticket booths at busy stops.
