The actress made her Bollywood debut alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and was last seen in Aamir Khan's blockbuster PK.
She is now all set to share the screen space with the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor for the first time.
It's settled! Anushka Sharma joins Salman Khan in Sultan
Anushka shared her excitement on signing the upcoming Yash Raj film at the pre-party of Filmfare Awards on Saturday. “I am thrilled and excited to work with Salman Khan, I think there is no one like him because of his persona. The film is something I am really excited about and I am more excited about my role and all in all, it is something I am waiting to dig my teeth into," Anushka was quoted as saying by Bollywood Life.

Further, sharing her experience of working with all three Khans Anushka said, “It’s really great and this is something that I’ll be very proud of till the end of my life."
"It is something that I can look back and be happy about that I got to work with these three amazing actors and people – Salman, Aamir and Shah Rukh. The kind of experience that they have for anybody to work with them, it’s like a life experience that you get. I feel very humbled," she added.
Beefing up for ‘Sultan’
There is speculation however, that the upcoming film is expected to clash with SRK- Mahira Khan's starrer Raees at the box-office this year on Eid.
However, Anushka seems to be confident about both the films. “Personally, I feel there is enough audience and appetite for good films. So, if films are good, it doesn’t matter,” the NH10 actress was reported as saying.
