Safe city project: Interior minister reviews progress

The meeting also reviewed the steps being taken to further improve the law and order situation in the city

ISLAMABAD: The interior ministry on Wednesday discussed the progress about safe city project as well as law and order situation in the twin cities. A meeting presided by Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan also reviewed the steps being taken to further improve the situation. Those who were present during the meeting included among others Secretary Interior, Additional Secretaries of Interior Ministry, NC NACTA, Chairman NADRA, Chief Commissioner ICT, IG Islamabad, RPO and CPO Rawalpindi, SSP Operations ICT, SSP Security ICT, and other senior officers.
