Aries | March 20 – April 19

The period during which the communication planet Mercury is retrograde has a reputation for causing confusion. However, once it begins this cycle, on Tuesday, you’ll find that in the process of untangling here-and-now misunderstandings, you also find the answer to puzzles from the past that you’ve been unable to resolve.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Some signs will say whatever’s required, as long as it resolves issues or overcomes obstacles. However, long ago you learnt the dangers of misrepresenting the facts. Yet, in certain situations you did, mostly to avoid upsetting others. If you don’t acknowledge this now, events will do it for you.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

There’s a fine line between chatting about others’ plans and your words being regarded as advice. Judging by the coming weeks’ extremely tricky planetary setup, even the most straightforward of suggestions you make could be misunderstood or, worse, turn out to be unwise. The less you say, the better.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

Although the planet of innovation, Uranus, has been in the crucial midheaven angle of your chart for some years, recently things have been quiet. However, judging by the aspects being formed to it over the coming weeks, not only is there change in the air, exciting breakthroughs are headed your way.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

Ages ago you made several promises. You were confident there’d be no problem fulfilling your commitments. Since then you’ve tried to deal with these, but something has always interfered. Rather than struggle further, apologise to the individual in question and explain that, sadly, you can’t do as you’d hoped.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

By no means are you somebody who needs to have the last word in an argument. Still, if you know you’re right when others insist they are, you won’t back down. While that’s understandable, it’s worth noting that within days your ruler Mercury will be retrograde, and even your facts could be wrong.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

There are many varieties of disappointments. While, obviously, situations in which those you’re close to or trust let you down are seriously upsetting, you’ve a philosophical approach to others. That’s fortunate, because while these are unavoidable, they’re also nobody’s fault but, rather, the result of unexpected twists and turns.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

You rarely think of it, but you’ve a tendency to be secretive. The problem is, you regard those facts you’re keeping to yourself as nobody’s business but your own. Consequently, it doesn’t occur to you others would be interested or, in fact, need to know. Now, however, that’s exactly the case.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

Sometimes what you don’t say is as important as what you do. That will be very much the case now that the occasionally aggressive Mars is in the most strategic portions of your chart. On the other hand, the time you invest in reflecting on certain persistent fears will prove amazingly informative.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

While you’ll ask every question possible before tackling a new project, not everybody takes that approach. Now, in fact, you’re dealing with someone who gathers a few facts, then plunges in, planning to be guided by experience. Tempting as it is to give them advice, don’t bother. They wouldn’t take it.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

During unsettled periods, such as this is, it’s often impossible to control the big things in life. Which means you could easily obsess about minor issues. These, too, are influenced by the current changeable mood. Instead of battling these, go with the flow. You’ll soon realise how wise it is.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Although you rarely say anything about it, you find those individuals who insist on having the final word very tedious indeed. So much so, that between that, and the clash involving Venus and your ruler Neptune, you could get very cross indeed. Do so. It’s about time somebody spoke up.
