PESCO BoD Chairman said industrialists were facing countless problems

PESHAWAR:

PESCO BoD Chairman Malik Muhammad Asad Khan said the load-shedding crisis faced by industrialists at Hattar Industrial Estate needs to be resolved immediately.

This was stated in a handout issued on Saturday. According to the document, Malik Muhammad Asad was speaking at the 103rd Board of Directors meeting held at the industrial estate.

He said industrialists were facing countless problems. These include, under-capacity of Hattar Grid Station transmission line, replacement of 45-feet structures with 55-feet structures, installation of bigger power transformers, bifurcation of feeders and establishment of a complaint office at Hattar.

According to the handout, a regular BoD session was then held where University of Engineering Peshawar Research Department Head Dr Gul Muhammad gave a detailed presentation about drone meter reading technology, selfie stick meter reading and online meter reading systems.
