            Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has started analysing the Telecommunication Policy 2015 and has lauded the Ministry of Information Technology for drafting a comprehensive document. A meeting of different divisions of PTA was held here on Monday to review in-detail sections of the Telecom Policy.  PTA Chairman Dr Syed Ismail Shah and Member (Finance) Tariq Sultan chaired the meeting.  During the meeting, the role of PTA in implementing the sections of the policy and strategy for the same was discussed. Tasks were assigned to PTA divisions for preparatory work in this regard.
