Your stars today

Shelley Von Strunckel December 24, 2015

Aries | March 20 – April 19

Don’t be surprised if you’re unusually on edge at the moment. True, the developments taking place do, indeed, accent matters about which you’re somewhat unsure, if not actually insecure. But, also, the current Full Moon, which heightens everybody’s feelings, is calling attention to those anxieties that you’re already experiencing.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

For ages you’ve been trying to find a way around certain increasingly tricky issues. While at one point you rather hoped these would simply recede into the background, it’s now clear that won’t happen. This gives you little alternative but to tackle them. Don’t wait. The sooner you do it, the better.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Every once in a while a situation arises that triggers unexpectedly strong feelings. That’s likely to be the case now. You could be experiencing anything from passion to doubts you didn’t realise you had. Whatever the case, reflect on these but make no decisions. They will pass as swiftly as they appeared.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

As a Cancerian and somebody ruled by the Moon, you’ve undoubtedly been aware of the heightened feelings everyone’s been facing in the run up to the Full Moon. However, the fact it’s in your sign will further intensify both the emotions you’re encountering and what you learn from those experiences.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

This hardly seems the ideal time to make changes in elements of your domestic or family life. But these have been brewing for ages, which means you already know exactly what needs to be done. Begin now, before the situations in question become urgent. Soon your concerns will be history.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

The powerful link between your ruler Mercury and fortunate Jupiter suggests exactly that, amazing ideas or offers, probably as the result of exploring new territory or discussions with others. Knowing that, consider absolutely everything you encounter, since what seems most unrealistic now, could prove best in the long run.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Sometimes serious discussions begin that way. Everybody is aware of the importance of the subject and will approach things accordingly. Now, it’s the reverse. A seemingly casual conversation or even joke could turn into a crucial exchange of ideas. Be aware of this and you’ll spot, and treat, it accordingly.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Every once in a while, you forget that not everybody has the powerful memory you do. This inability to recall things you’ve said, especially about how much you care, is a serious issue with one particular individual. Rather than wonder why they’re so absent minded, simply tell them how you feel regularly.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

This hardly seems the ideal time to rearrange elements of your business or financial life. Yet the current intense planetary emphasis on exactly such matters suggests you’d benefit from at least considering various options. This process will, in turn, lead to profitable discussions with others, if not very welcome breakthroughs.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

One of your greatest strengths, as a Capricorn, is your ability to tackle even complex situations and impose order on them. In fact, family, friends and colleagues rely on you for that. But between now and late January, take it easy. The challenging planetary activity could overwhelm even your organisational skills.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

In early January the ideas planet Mercury makes a brief visit to your sign, from the 2nd until the 8th. During this period you’ll conceive of and discuss several promising plans or ventures. Take it slowly. It’s unlikely you’ll be able to pursue them until Mercury’s return to Aquarius, on February 13th.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Often, in the past, you’ve been embarrassed by those who make an issue out of minor errors. Yet now you must do exactly that or face confusion, if not genuinely serious problems, later. Simply point out inconsistencies with the facts you know and what the individual in question has said.
