Educational Advancements: Technology workshop starts at MUET
The centre arranges 50 international workshops globally every year
HYDERABAD:
The Italian Dr Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics, in collaboration with Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), organised a two-week workshop attended by Pakistani and foreign teachers and students. The workshop introduced the usage of the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). According to programme organiser Dr Maria Crespo, the centre arranges 50 international workshops globally every year. But, she added, it was the first one in Pakistan.
