Break: FDE announces winter vacation for schools, colleges
Institutions will open on Monday, January 4
ISLAMABAD:
The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) on Tuesday announced winter vacations from December 28 to January 1. Interestingly, since December 24 will be public holiday to mark the occasion of Rabiul Awal 12, and December 25 will be off for Quaid-e-Azam’s birth anniversary, schools and colleges will be closed from December 24. Similarly, the vacations will continue till January 1, but the next two days will be Saturday and Sunday, so institutions will open on Monday, January 4.
