A step further: PTI organisers appointed for provincial capital

PESHAWAR:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has appointed organisers for various constituencies of the provincial capital. This was stated in a handout issued on Thursday.

According to the document, the decision was taken during a meeting held at the party’s provincial secretariat. The moot was chaired by Peshawar Organiser Arbab Nisar Khan and Deputy Organiser and MPA Mehmood Jan.

“Farhan Ahmed has been appointed organiser from PK-1, Kishwar Zaman from PK-2 while Muhammad Irfan Khan has been selected from PK3.”

It added, “Imran Khan Khadim was appointed organiser from PK-4 and Asghar Khan Khalil has been selected from PK-5.” Faheem Ahmed Khalil has been appointed from PK-6, Jamshed Khan Mulazai from PK-7, Shehzad Khan from PK-8, Arbab Waqas from PK-9, Ihsanullah Khan from PK-10 and Arbab Sher from PK-11.

“Rabia Basri has been appointed women organiser, Meena Khan Afridi as youth organiser and Ashfaq Khan Marwat as ISF organiser,” stated the handout.

A series of notifications have also been issued by PTI Women Wing Senior Vice President Noreen Ibrahim over the appointment of members. “Hameeda Shahid was appointed provincial vice president and Falak Naz Chitrali was appointed as president for Malakand region,” read the document.

A day earlier, PTI K-P Organiser Fazal Muhammad Khan and MPA Dr Haider Ali met PTI Chairperson Imran Khan and briefed him about their efforts to reorganise the party in K-P.
