LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Thursday summoned the complete record on privatisation of Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) and issued notices to the bank’s chairman Mian Mansha and others on an application moved by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). During the hearing of a petition filed by the MCB chairman and a director, a NAB lawyer said the investigation had been initiated after authorisation by the bureau’s chairman in the light of a Supreme Court order. He said the bank’s chairman was not joining the investigation after a stay order was issued by the court.
