Khaliq-uz-Zaman Road in Karachi is left in a condition that it is causing a lot of dust fog and sand in the area
KARACHI: It has been two months since construction began on Chaudhry Khaliq-uz-Zaman Road in Karachi and it is becoming a menace for the people living there. The road, which is yet to be completed, is left in a condition that looks like it has never been paved and this is causing a lot of dust fog and sand in the area, as well as allergies and asthma. Due to the construction work, sewerage and water issues have also arisen. Furthermore, residents of the area can see layers of dust on their floors, house furniture and electronics.
I want the higher authorities of the cantonment board to finish their work immediately as this is becoming a health concern for the people of the area.
